who are troje?Alieke van der Wijk and Henk van der Steen are the driving force behind Troje. With different professional backgrounds and a shared passion for improvisation theatre, we have developed a clear outlook on combining training and theatre. We engage the regular services of about 15 freelancers - trainers, actors, advisors, musicians and technicians - for Troje's various programmes.
Work area Our field is the 'human software' of an organisation: corporate culture, communication, and collaboration.
Our expertise lies in creating exactly the right balance between form and content. If the content is right but the form fails to create interest, people will be unmoved by what you do. But the reverse also holds: if form is not built on substantial content, then people will tend to underrate what's on offer.
Working methods Our working methods are derived from a variety of existing frameworks. We do not adhere to any single theory, but determine the best theoretical framework for each individual subject, group or situation. At any given moment we apply the most appropriate theoretical model, so that theory and practice are as closely aligned as possible. |
